Size: 121,632 SF AEC Developments provided Construction Management for a new six-storey parking garage for Economical Insurance. Designed by WalterFedy, the garage, located at Economical’s Riverbend Drive location in Kitchener, will provide 390 parking spaces and 30 bike spaces for staff. CSA GROUP HEAD OFFICE

Size: 100,000 SF AEC’s project team implemented the final phase of construction (phases 3A and 3B) at the CSA’s Rexdale office, which included renovations and additions to the facility’s front lobby and reception, offices, boardrooms and adjoining hallways, and the building envelope.
