AEC Developments worked with WalterFedy as the architect and engineers on the renovations to three areas of the libraries converting space from the typical library areas to more current use to collaborative and office settings for library staff. The renovation took place in phases to allow staff and users of the space to vacate while the work was completed in other areas. Daily coordination with library and Plant Operations was done to maintain the surrounding spaces remained functional, the end result was an updated space to current library and university standards. AEC provided Construction Management services for this project.
