AEC was retained to provide Construction Management services in support of this project, working with WalterFedy who provided structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering work.
The project consisted of three stages: two stages of interior renovations, and a small addition to the existing Student Client Services building at Conestoga College’s Doon Campus. The addition included modifying the existing site services, new curved concrete foundations, structural steel, curtain wall, and building envelope, along with finishes. The renovation included demolition of existing and installation of new finishes as well as altering the existing mechanical and electrical services.
The finished project added much needed space to the existing Student Client Services building on Conestoga’s Doon campus. It provided an inviting, open, and modern entrance for the college where potential students are greeted when they begin their time at Conestoga College.
