AEC provided general contracting services for Johnson & Johnson’s Emperor Renovation project in Guelph, Ontario. The renovation included upgrades to wall finishes, ceilings, mechanical grilles, and flooring to improve hygiene and sanitation in production areas. HVAC systems were also updated to increase the level of airflow and filtration within the production area. Lighting system improvements in production areas and corridors, and life safety systems improvements throughout, were completed simultaneously.
